Company Sets Wage for Happiness

In 2010 a study came out saying that $75,000 is the price of happiness. After reaching $75,000 a year making more money will not increase your level of happiness. Not having enough to make ends meet and constantly worrying about money will have a negative impact.
Meet Dan Price owner of Gravity Payments, a credit-card processing firm, who has announced to his staff of 120 that withing three years they will all be making a minimum wage of $70,000 a year. He is going to cut his own salary down to $70,000 and using between 70 and 80% of the companies yearly profit. Read more here.
